SHIPPING POLICIES:

Orders will be shipped within 3 to 5 days upon availability. Allow 1 week for special orders, limited edition tops and certain styles.  We Ship UPS & USPS.  Next Day Air shipping does not apply if order is placed after 1:00 pm EST.

INTERNATIONAL DELIVERY:

Onesole provides our international customers with an easy way to shop with us! If you live outside the US, please contact us at 561-845-6361 to learn more about shipping and freight forwarding options!!!!

For shipments to Canada, please note that although  NAFTA makes shopping for goods “Made In America” duty free, online purchases are still subject to both GST of 5% and PST of up to 8% depending on your provincial residence. There is also a freight brokerage fee.

RETURNS & EXCHANGES:

Onesole prides itself on offering the highest quality merchandise. If you are not happy with your purchase, return the unused item in its original condition within 30 days and we will provide you with a store credit, less shipping costs or exchange. Items purchased in the store in FL cannot be returned via the internet.

CANADA ORDERS ONLY:
